Sperm… The source of happiness

Turns out that recent studies have proven that sperm is a natural anti-depressant for women, as it contains a number of natural substances that can improve their mood as well as cognitive responses -happier smarter women due to sex, in a nutshell-

These studies started in the 90s when Dr. Gordon Gallup y Dr. Rebecca Burch started wondering why straight women who lived together and were sexually active synchronized menstrual cycles and long term lesbian couples did not, then the link was established shortly afterwards: the presence of sperm.

Sperm apparently contains over 50 different chemical substances; included in this chemical cocktail one could find a group of hormones and natural mood stabilizers -serotonin being one of the main ones- so it’s official, sex does bring happiness, at least to women.

What about us gay men? Will these have the same effect on us?, I mean the principle is still the same, it’s the absorption by our bodies where it would change, but the cocktail it’s still there. Guess all that is left for us is to experiment and see the after effects -always practice safe sex though, so if you don’t have a long term partner to do it with, there is always a way to procure yourself with some that you know will be clean-
